You will notice that there are many customers, and you will hope that some of them are former Hogwarts students.

He’ll say he needs an honest opinion and that you’ll be surprised how hard it is to get them in a place like this.
He will ask you whether the criticism was actually intended as a compliment. You can reply in two ways. These options will influence some dialogue that will follow, but they won’t impact the story.
Shortly after, he will thank you for your honesty.
He will say that people have always been skeptical of his thinking.
You will ask him if he is a former Hogwarts student.
Then you will explain that you are planning a Hogwarts Trivia competition to prove who knows more about Hogwarts, former or current students. You will also say that you came to help Gwenog find a former student who will be her teammate.
To complete the next task, you need to earn five stars within three hours. All five stars are required to pass.
There is only one bonus progress action tied to your character. Prioritize this action to save some energy.
He will say that you helped him understand that if he wins this competition, he can improve his journalist reputation.
Xeno will say that you can count on him.
He’ll mention that he can help you find more team members.
Mr. Lovegood will say that you can find Bilton behind the counter at Zonko’s and that he’s sure he doesn’t need much convincing.
Go to Zonko’s Joke Shop to continue the story. You will approach Mr. Blimes and explain to him that you are looking for a former student to compete in the Hogwarts Trivia competition. You will also tell him that his friend has just agreed to participate.
Bilton will say that he can’t do anything fun right now until he finds Frisbies.
He will explain to you that the customer threw them out of the box and since then they have been terrorizing the shop. Bilton will also say that they are now hiding because these Frisbees are no joke. He will advise you to find a safer place to hide but you will have something else in mind.
Bilton will say that he doesn’t want you to get hurt. He’ll also say that maybe he has no choice but to accept the deal. Then you will ask him what is the reason for his quick changing decision.
To complete the next task, you need to earn five stars within three hours (eight hours for Year 5+). Three stars are required to pass. It is recommended to start this task only when your energy bar is full.
Bonus progress action is tied to your character. Prioritize this action to save a bit of energy.
Bilton will tell you to take the opportunity to subdue them all by casting Flipendo.
Luckily the spell will work.
He will express that this is not the kind of experience Zonko intends for young students and add that he hopes it didn’t terrify you too much. You can reply in three ways. These options will influence some dialogue that will follow, but they don’t impact the story.
You will receive additional lines of dialogue if you have completed the Shadows of the Dark Lord Adventure.
He will say after everything you have done for him, he surely owes you.
This means you’re almost done building Gwenog’s team, and if all went well with her meeting at the Hog’s Head, she just needs one more teammate.
Proceed to the Hogsmeade when you are ready. These lines will differ based on whether you met Lucius Malfoy or not. When you arrive you will see Gwenog and Lucius Malfoy.
He will reject your invitation because he thinks that someone of his stature cannot occupy his time with such silly pursuits.
He will say that there is nothing you can say to convince him. You will get some extra dialogue if you don’t know Lucius Malfoy.
You will try to convince him and say that there are other potential benefits, you will give him the example of Mr. Lovegood and Mr. Bilmes and say that they agreed to participate because returning to Hogwarts is something exciting for them. You will ask him if some part of him feels the same way.
You will get an additional line of dialogue if you’ve completed the Meet the Malfoys Adventure.
You will agree with him that seeing Hogwarts again is not the right angle to approach. then you will ask him to talk to you some more, and you will be sure to find something about this competition that he likes. To convince Lucius Malfoy, you will need to earn five stars within three hours. All five stars are required to pass.
Bonus progress action is tied to Lucius. Prioritize actions tied to him to save some energy.
You will ask him if he thinks you have no chance against him.
He will say that it wouldn’t be sporting for him to join the team of former students who received a superior education. After that, you will decide that there is nothing you can do about it.
You will also say that you have assembled quite a team, and you are afraid that the former students are doomed to embarrassment and shame.
Lucius will tell Gwenog that she can count on him. She will ask you did you really mean what you’ve said about current students being superior to former students. You can reply in two ways. These options will influence some dialogue that will follow, but they don’t impact the story.
Shortly after, you will say that she needs another student for her team, and only then the competition will begin.
Gwenog will thank you and say that she couldn’t make a team without you.
She will say that she hopes to find another teammate on her own.
Go to the Library when you are ready to continue the story. Upon arriving, you’ll notice the speech bubbles above some of the characters. Tap on those if you’re curious to see what they have to say. You’ll say hello to everyone and mention that you assisted Gwenog in getting her team members together, pointing out that she only needs to find one more teammate.
Tonks will say that she just heard about the first round of the competition from Dumbledore.
To complete the next task, you need to earn five stars within three hours. All five stars are required to pass. Since this task requires a lot of energy, it is recommended to start this task with a full energy bar.
There are bonus progress actions tied to Tonks, your character, and the pile of books. Prioritize these actions to save a bit of energy.
You’ll mention that you’ve read a lot about Hogwarts’ founders, to the point where you could likely write a book about them. Tonks will be curious and decide to quiz you by asking a question. You can reply in three different ways. The correct answer is “Ability to speak Parseltongue”.
Tonks will ask you another question. The correct answer is “There is no such thing as Slytherin’s Secret Sash!”.
After that, you will ask Tonks for her opinion on your performance. These lines will differ on whether you answered the questions correctly or not.
Tonks will say that you have to rely on each other and that a team is only as strong as its individual members.
You will tell her who the members of the rival team: Xenophilius Lovegood, Bilton Bilmes, and Lucius Malfoy are. She will say that you may still have a chance. You will ask her why she thinks so.
She will explain that Xeno is a talented writer but sometimes not very accurate with facts. She’ll also point out that Bilton doesn’t always take things seriously, and Malfoy, while intelligent, isn’t the best at working in a team.
You will add that the Hogwarts Trivia competition can’t begin until Gwenog finds a Gryffindor to complete her. A little later you will hear a voice.
Professor McGonagall will appear.
You will agree with her. Professor McGonagall will say how lucky she was to hear what you were talking about and that she will go find Mrs. Jones to tell her that she no longer needs to look for a teammate because she will join her team.
Tonks will mention that Professor McGonagall is a former student and point out that it’ll be challenging to defeat the team now that she’s a part of it.
This will mark the end of Part 2 of the Hogwarts Trivia Adventure. Hit the Collect button to claim your reward. You will receive 3 Gems and 1 Chocolate Frog.
You assisted Gwenog in putting her team together. While you initially had doubts about their level of seriousness, your perspective changed when Professor McGonagall became a part of their team. Will the team lose confidence now? Are you ready enough for the competition? You will see in the next part of this adventure! Stay tuned!
