Great place near the airport. Really enjoyed our stay, shuttle was also prompt. Strange that there’s no kettle but the water dispenser and lemon water was such a great touch!Loved the service as well. Breakfast was pretty decent too with some hot food. Gym and pool were ok

I stayed in the four points by Sheraton while visiting LA. The hotel was nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is right by the LAX airport also. The deposit was 350$ and you have to pay 50$ for overnight parking in my opinion thats outrageous. I ended up getting my deposit back pretty quick. I chose this hotel being that it was a decent price but having to pay the extra 50$ for parking made it pretty pricey and had me thinking I could of stayed at a nicer hotel for the price I payed in total.

Overall the stay was pretty disappointing. This is the oldest Hilton I’ve stayed in. It’s terribly outdated and in much need of a renovation. The AC was sweating and leaking on the carpet throughout the night. The shower handle was broken and had to be repaired before we could use it. The breakfast was about the same as Fairfield’s breakfast just down the street and theirs is free. Not worth the extra money if you’re looking for comfort next to the airport. Honestly the Fairfield was much better for less money.

My trip to United States 🇺🇸 more enjoyable as we had the opportunity to experience nature at flagstaff.Really enjoyed being here. The room are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Check in process was smooth and the breakfast proceeded are excellent! Will recommend this hotel for all.

It's relatively clean, with complete facilities and parking. You need to ask for bottled water at the front desk. The breakfast is also good. The overall price/performance ratio is ok

Sp being a few days in LA after traveling for a couple weeks and leaving from LAX. Very nice hotel for our purposes.Chose it because we had an early flight and it was close to the rental car return. The affordable cost wa probably because parking was $75 a day valet with the option to come and go as uou please or self park in a garage down the street for $25 each time you exit. I had booked quickly and didn’t see that so I was surprised. Staff all over the hotel were so nice. The first night our ac wasn’t working but we were too tired to deal with it until morning. Since we were staying another night they moved us, gave us free valet for the day (We used the self park option and already used a credit card so didn’t want to ask about that) and free breakfasts and access to the lounge with drinks and snacks 24 hrs. They were so accommodating. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable I’d stay there again.

The location is great, with many restaurants and stores close by. The hotel what you would expect, it serves its purpose. The room were clean but dark, not enough lighting for my taste. There was a strong sewer smell coming up from the shower. There was the same smell in my friends room, luckily ours wasn't as strong as theirs. The breakfast area does have a few items but it's very expensive. You are better off walking to the Starbucks across the street. The biggest problem was housekeeping. Two out of the 3 days that we were there there was no housekeeping service even when we requested in the front desk. When we called (3rd day) to complain the manager that they were short staffed and housekeeping was every other day. That didn't make sense because by that logic we would've had the service on the first and third days. Then we questioned why this policy wasn't explained upon check in, or when we requested the service. The manager got defensive and started yelling at my wife on the phone. We then requested towels from him which were never delivered. I had to call and talk to someone else to get the towels. Checking out there was one person at the front desk so I just handed my key card, needed to catch a flight. To my surprise the bill was charged wrong so had to call to get it straighten out. No one returned my call after I disputed the charges. I had to get in contact with Marriott customer service for it to get resolved. It seems the hotel's staff is either overwhelmed or just don't care. The encounter with the manager over the phone really put a sour taste. I would have to think twice to stay there again specially having so many choices around.Show less

great customer services all around. the hotel was very clean. looking foward to booking another night stay! parking was easy and access to hotel was fairly easy. thanks you for having me stay and feeling welcome.

Front desk, housekeeping and restaurant are all welcoming and accommodating. It feels like home. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. The location is close to restaurants and Los Angeles International airport.

The Market could have been l little more stocked than it was.It was amazing to us that the room was so quiet. We didn’t hear any planes or jets!We would stay there again.G & L Mossa
